Your arrival experience will be elevated with a touch of Greek hospitality, including homemade marmalade, cake, and cookies prepared by Mrs. Avgi. You'll also enjoy Nespresso coffee, bottled water, soda drinks, fresh fruits, and, for adults, a taste of Greek homemade spirit, "tsipouro."
There is also breakfast available for 10 euros per guest. You can order it directly by following the link : breakfast order. or at the reception. The breakfast is served at your room from 0800 to 10:00 every morning
Η εμπειρία της άφιξής σας θα εμπλουτιστεί με μια πινελιά ελληνικής φιλοξενίας, που περιλαμβάνει σπιτική μαρμελάδα, κέικ και μπισκότα φτιαγμένα από την κυρία Αυγή. Θα απολαύσετε επίσης καφέ Nespresso, εμφιαλωμένο νερό, αναψυκτικά, φρέσκα φρούτα και, για τους ενήλικες, ένα δείγμα από το παραδοσιακό ελληνικό "τσίπουρο".
Διατίθεται επίσης πρωινό με κόστος 10 ευρώ ανά επισκέπτη. Μπορείτε να το παραγγείλετε απευθείας μέσω του συνδέσμου: breakfast order ή στη ρεσεψιόν. Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο δωμάτιό σας κάθε πρωί από τις 08:00 έως τις 10:00.

HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests,
These house rules have been adopted to insure proper use of the rented premises and to secure your comfort and safety.
- Accommodation unit is available from 14 p.m. on the day of arrival till 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Keys. One electronic key card will be handed over.
- During the stay, guests are expected to keep the accommodation clean and tidy.
- Guests should use common sense in not bothering neighbors or making noise on off hours (15:00-17:00 and 00:00-08:00). Please respect each other's privacy and tranquility
- Windows. Please close all windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
- Please do not rearrange the furniture in the rooms.
- Toilet. Toilet paper, cotton wipes, sanitary napkins, tampons etc. should not be thrown into the toilets.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. When outdoors please use ashtrays as there is a high risk of fire.
- Children. Please supervise your children at all times when using the pool. NEVER LEAVE CHILDREN UNATTENDED WHEN PLAYING AROUND OR INSIDE THE SWIMMING POOL.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Housekeeping : We provide daily cleaning between 09:00 and 14:00. Please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you prefer us not to enter your room.
- Linen. Linens and towels are replaced midweek. Kindly use your personal towels when heading to the beach.
- Each bedroom has his own air conditioning unit with remote control. Please assure that windows are closed when A/C is on. Ensure that all units are switched off when leaving the apartment.
- Guests are expected to conserve water & energy. Please turn off lights, stoves, air-conditioners, TVs when not in use!
